WWW Timber Products Ltd. is led by Bill Waugh and a team of experienced forestry and marketing professionals. With more than 40 years of experience in the BC forest industry, Bill has built a reputation for integrity, long-term relationships, and practical solutions.
Today, WWWTP purchases and markets over 750,000 m³ of timber annually and serves customers across both domestic and international markets. With offices in Vancouver and Campbell River, we provide flexible and reliable solutions throughout the forest products supply chain, connecting timber owners, contractors, processors, and customers with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and long-term value.
Bill Waugh has been successfully working with First Nations for more than 20 years, building relationships founded on trust, respect, and mutual benefit. Over the years, WWWTP has collaborated with several Indigenous communities, including the Owikeeno First Nation, Malahat Nation, We Wai Kai First Nation, We Wai Kum First Nation, and Tseshaht First Nation.
We are committed to developing long-term partnerships that support responsible forest management and create sustainable economic opportunities for Indigenous communities. Through collaboration, transparency, and shared success, WWWTP strives to be a trusted partner in the continued growth and stewardship of British Columbia’s forest resources.
History with First Nations
Bill began his career in the forest industry working in logging camps along the BC Coast with his father back in the 1980’s. Upon completion of his undergrad at the University of Victoria, he worked as a forestry engineer with Fletcher Challenge and later Timberwest. After a few years of full time work as an engineer, Bill went back to further his studies at the University of British Columbia, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Forestry. With a forestry degree under his belt, he embarked on a career of trading logs and lumber, and ultimately started his own company.

Tony Kurucz
Quality Control Manager
Tony has been in the forest industry his entire career. Starting out as a British Columbia Certified Log Scaler in the 1980’s Tony has worked up and down the BC Coast in all facets of quality control within the forest industry.
Tracy Huang
Contract Management & Export
With extensive experience in British Columbia’s forestry industry, Tracy brings a strong background in international trade, contract negotiation, and risk management to her role at WWW Timber Products. She leads contract management and oversees export operations, ensuring that deals stay on track and shipments run smoothly. With a detail-oriented and practical approach, Tracy supports WWW Timber Products in navigating complex agreements, developing strong, reliable relationships with business partners, and helping to expand the company’s presence in key Asian markets. Tracy holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Law and enjoys exploring new places and reading in her spare time.
Jessie Wu
Office Administrator
In Jessie's long-term career, she has worked in international freight forwarding, international trading, and the logistics industry for three decades, including 20 years in the BC lumber industry. She is experienced in providing quality customer service and logistics coordination.
Jessie is excited to start her new role at WWW Timber Products, engaging with the log industry, which has always interested her. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mechanics and Engineering Management from Sun Yat-Sen University.
In Jessie's spare time, she enjoys Zumba, yoga, and hiking.
Kris Waugh
Project Manager
Kris has been working as a project manager full-time since 2008.
Kris was born and raised on Vancouver Island and is proud to call this place his home.
